What an amazing grand opening of RISE at Great Park in Irvine. Set beneath a fluff of white clouds and blue sky, this event was an amazing and complete spectacle. From the music, drinks, snacks, activities, and photo ops all tied together visually with colorful balloons, decorated carts, flowers, bird nests and banners that were strewn throughout the property. Car loads of people came to visit this new community and enjoy the festive and vibrant event.
Just like its name, RISE really had risen to this occasion with all its unprecedented amenities, a collection residential homes, the inspired landscape structures, the inventive children’s playgrounds, the vast green spaces and all the beautiful tree specimens dotting the property, including the majestic stone pine adjacent to the community building.
We, at AT Design Consulting, are proud to be the architectural color consultants for Pulte Home’s “Evergreen” homes and look forward to being part of the design team for the remaining future development at Great Park with Fivepoint.
